Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

Capsgain Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to drive paid media performance across its retail, fashion and FMCG brands. You will manage a team of media buyers and collaborate with creative strategists to deliver measurable results and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the digital marketing team to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Develop, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as CPR, CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rates.
• Control budgets, prevent wasteful spend and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Analyse campaign data, produce performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with content creators to improve ad creatives and test winning audiences.
• Set up and maintain tracking pixels, reporting tools and conversion tracking.
• Mentor, train and evaluate team members while recommending new tools and strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Proven track record of managing paid advertising campaigns with measurable results.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.
