Digital Marketing & Creative Team Lead

About the role

FHEMFEL Homes is looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketing & Creative Team Lead to shape its online presence, generate qualified leads and elevate the brand. You will design and execute digital campaigns while guiding a creative team to produce high‑impact content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google and other platforms to drive lead generation and sales.
• Plan, launch, monitor and optimise paid advertising campaigns, tracking metrics such as ROAS, CPL, conversions and engagement.
• Manage the company’s online presence on social media, website and digital channels.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Lead, supervise and coordinate the Creative Team, ensuring timely delivery of graphics, video, photography and brand communications.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing assets and approve creative concepts before publication.
• Prepare monthly marketing plans, KPIs and performance reports for senior management.
• Monitor marketing budgets and recommend strategies to improve lead quality and brand awareness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven track record managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in conversion tracking and performance reporting.
