Commercial and Marketing Manager

About the role

The Commercial and Marketing Manager will lead brand‑building initiatives and drive sales growth for Frati Furniture. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee digital campaigns, content creation, and the company’s online presence while collaborating closely with product, merchandising and customer service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified traffic and leads.
• Own the content calendar, produce engaging posts and grow the brand’s social media footprint.
• Develop acquisition strategies, set commercial KPIs and monitor performance against sales targets.
• Maintain and update the corporate website, ensuring accurate product information, pricing and campaign alignment.
• Forge brand partnerships, ensure consistency across all marketing collateral and customer touchpoints.
• Support customer service from initial enquiry through repeat purchase.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and relay insights to product and operations teams.
• Plan, allocate and track the marketing budget to maximise ROI.
• Manage CRM/email campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Coordinate product launches and represent the brand at events and media engagements.

Required profile

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in a marketing or commercial role, preferably in retail, e‑commerce or an SME.
• Hands‑on experience managing website content and basic troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media management.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder management abilities.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to use analytics for decision‑making.
