Digital Marketer (Part-Time)

About the role

Lagooz Schools is looking for a part-time Digital Marketer in Lagos (Marina) to run paid advertising and social media campaigns that generate admission enquiries and increase student enrolment. The role covers ad management, content creation, video production, analytics and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, TikTok and other platforms, optimising audiences, retargeting and budget to maximise ROAS
• Prepare regular reports on leads, cost per lead, reach, engagement and conversions
• Manage and grow the school's social media presence, including content calendars, posts, stories, reels and educational content, and monitor comments and messages
• Create graphics, flyers, banners and videos; shoot, edit and produce videos on school activities, facilities, programmes and events, using graphic design, video editing and AI content tools
• Promote admission exercises, scholarships, competitions and events, and turn enquiries into enrolments
• Research competitors, maintain a positive online reputation and report weekly and monthly on performance

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and deliver measurable results
• Creative thinking, analytical skills and attention to detail
