Digital Designer – High‑Impact Paid Advertising

About the role

Right Customer is looking for an experienced Digital Designer to create high‑impact visual assets for paid advertising campaigns. You will work with a global team to produce static designs that capture attention and drive conversions for leading self‑development brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑converting static assets that align with target audiences and campaign goals.
• Manage the full design process from concept to final delivery, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Use Photoshop for photo manipulation, background removal, and retouching.
• Collaborate with copywriters, media buyers, and strategists to integrate text and visuals.
• Apply data‑driven insights to refine designs and improve performance across advertising channels.
• Prepare and export assets for banner ads, social media ads, and YouTube thumbnails.
• Maintain organized source files for easy team access.
• Provide design support for additional marketing initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Up‑to‑date portfolio showcasing static assets for paid advertising.
• Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience focused on digital advertising.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Proven track record in direct‑response design that drives conversions.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to meet fast turnarounds and thrive under tight deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to constructive feedback.
