Design Supervisor – Interior Architecture & Design

About the role

Manukwa Atelier is seeking a Design Supervisor to bridge concept design and project execution for high‑end residential, hospitality and commercial interiors. The role involves coordinating the design team, producing detailed construction documents and ensuring design intent is realised on site.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of the design team.
• Prepare, review and issue detailed working drawings, construction documentation and specifications.
• Develop architectural, interior and joinery drawings and high‑quality 3D visualisations.
• Conduct site visits to verify dimensions, monitor implementation and resolve technical issues.
• Identify design clashes, technical risks and coordinate with contractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Participate in client presentations and design reviews.
• Maintain drawing quality standards and documentation procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of post‑graduate professional experience in interior architecture or design.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
