Dairy Milk Line Operator

About the role

This role operates a fully automated dairy production line covering pre-treatment, batching, pasteurization/UHT and CIP. The operator monitors and controls the line remotely via the SCADA/DCS system, keeps process parameters within recipe limits and handles alarms and emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Remotely monitor and control the fully automated dairy line (pre-treatment, batching, pasteurization/UHT, CIP) via the SCADA/DCS system.
• Execute the product recipe and process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rate, fermentation curves) to ensure consistent batch-to-batch quality.
• Identify system alarms promptly, make emergency adjustments on the control panel and coordinate with floor workers to resolve technical or mechanical issues.
• Operate the automated CIP system to clean tanks and pipelines while maintaining strict hygiene standards.
• Follow shift handover protocols, logging production data accurately and handing over ongoing fermentation and processing batches smoothly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Food Science, Bioengineering, Automation or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fermentation, pre-treatment or batching/blending workshops of large-scale food brands; dairy or beverage experience highly preferred.
• Age 25-30, with the right balance of experience and energy for shift work.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency in computer operations.
• Familiarity with DCS / SCADA systems or industrial automation control software.
• Hands-on experience or good understanding of central control on fully automated production lines.
• Deep understanding of dairy or brewing processing technologies is a strong plus.
