Customer Success Associate

About the role

Bardge is looking for a motivated, customer‑obsessed individual to join its team as a Customer Success Associate. You will be the first point of contact for business clients, end‑users, and wellness providers, ensuring smooth interactions and high satisfaction across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, empathetic support via email, chat, and phone for business clients, users, and providers.
• Onboard and assist business clients (HMOs, fintechs, etc.), handling escalations to improve conversion and retention.
• Guide users through activation, first visits, and ongoing usage to maximize the value of their Bardge pass.
• Support gyms, spas, and wellness centers by addressing inquiries and operational issues.
• Track, document, and resolve support tickets; escalate complex cases to relevant teams.
• Identify recurring issues, share insights with product and operations teams, and help drive platform improvements.
• Develop and maintain engagement workflows to boost loyalty and retention.
• Assist with day‑to‑day internal operations and ad‑hoc projects that support company growth.
