Customer Service Representative – Restaurant (Wuse 2, Abuja)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our restaurant team in Wuse 2, Abuja. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience from greeting to payment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and attend to their needs throughout their visit.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen.
• Provide menu information, suggest items, and answer customer queries.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain high service standards.
• Handle customer complaints politely and escalate when necessary.
• Process payments and operate POS systems accurately.
• Keep the dining and service areas clean and organized.
• Support teammates to maintain efficient daily operations.

Required profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, polite, and presentable appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle shift work, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with POS (Point of Sale) systems (preferred).

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent position with a monthly salary of ₦90,000.
• Daily staff meals during shifts.
• Shift schedule of 1 day on, 1 day off (approximately 15 working days per month).
• Immediate start date.
