Customer Service Representative – Nationwide (Nigeria)

About the role

The Customer Service Representative will act as the primary point of contact between Yoma Youth Agency Marketplace and its customers across Nigeria. You will provide prompt, courteous assistance, resolve inquiries and complaints, and ensure a positive experience for every client.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or chat in a timely manner.
• Investigate and resolve complaints, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Process service requests, orders, and account updates accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes in the company system.
• Provide clear information about products, services and policies.
• Meet or exceed established service level and quality targets.

Required profile

• At least 1 month of experience in a customer‑service or call‑center environment.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to handle a high volume of interactions while remaining patient and professional.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn proprietary tools quickly.
