About the role
We are looking for a motivated Client Support professional to join our team in Marina, Edo. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling technical, billing and service inquiries while ensuring swift resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical, billing, or service‑related issues.
- Organise, track and prioritise customer tickets using help‑desk or CRM platforms.
- Escalate complex or out‑of‑scope issues to software engineers, product teams or senior management.
- Process high‑priority account activities such as orders, upgrades, cancellations, refunds and exchanges.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum HND qualification.
- Residence near Ikpoba Slope, Benin City.
- Age 20 years or older.
Required skills
What we offer
- Monthly remuneration between NGN 70,000 and NGN 150,000.
- Performance‑based bonuses.
