About the role
CIAPP Ventures is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Lagos (Marina) to manage customer inquiries and support the company's customers across all communication channels. The role is full-time and entry level.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Follow up on requests, document interactions and support sales activities
- Represent the company professionally across all customer communication channels while meeting service standards
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree (minimum)
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
