Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join Marshal Star Security in Kaduna. The role involves handling client enquiries, complaints and service requests in both English and Hausa, while supporting security‑related customers.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate clearly in English and Hausa via phone, email and written channels.
• Manage multiple calls and enquiries efficiently using a basic customer‑management system.
• Record customer information, complaints, incidents and service requests with strong attention to detail.
• Handle complaints and difficult customers calmly and professionally.
• Work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 1‑2 years of customer service, front‑line, administrative, bidding, proposal writing or contract administration experience.
• Positive, courteous and professional attitude with good problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work well with management, colleagues, clients and visitors.
