Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join Jade Allen Consulting in Port Harcourt. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and walk‑ins promptly and professionally.
• Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and service requests.
• Educate customers on products, billing processes and payment options.
• Follow up on open service tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with technical and field teams to address concerns.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on feedback and service trends.
• Contribute to improving service processes and satisfaction metrics.

Required profile

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in energy, utilities or telecoms.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills and a customer‑first mindset.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Residency in Port Harcourt.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with basic CRM or ticketing tools.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent contract.
• Monthly salary between NGN 150,000 and NGN 250,000.
