About the role
The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries and issues across multiple channels. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction within the shipping and logistics environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues, providing effective and empathetic resolutions.
- Manage onboarding, order processing, returns, exchanges, billing questions, and account updates.
- Provide accurate information on product features, pricing, and company policies.
- Document all interactions and actions taken in the internal CRM system.
Required profile
- Minimum qualification of S.S.C.E.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer service role.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, empathetic attitude.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM databases.
