Customer Service Representative – Female (Lekki, Lagos)

About the role

We are looking for a female Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lekki, Lagos. The role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products, services and promotions.
• Document customer inquiries and responses for future reference.
• Respond to customer questions through telephone, email or chat.
• Listen to concerns, identify root causes and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve issues promptly and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Anticipate customer needs and offer re‑orders or additional services.

Required profile

• Female, aged 25‑30 years.
• B.Sc. in English Language.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• NYSC discharge certificate.
• Professional conduct with confidentiality and teamwork.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Strong issue‑resolution and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google suite) applications.
