Customer Service Officer – Lagos

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will be the primary point of contact for our clients in Lagos, ensuring a high level of satisfaction through prompt, professional assistance. This role focuses on fostering repeat purchases and long‑term loyalty by delivering accurate information and effective problem resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels with best‑in‑class professionalism.
• Provide advice and guidance on product usage, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer problems.
• Deliver up‑to‑date information about company products and services.

Required profile

• HND or BSc degree in Business, Administration or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with other customer service tools.
