Customer Service Officer – Full‑time

About the role

The Customer Service Officer will be the primary point of contact for clients of Mikano International Limited, a leading supplier of medical syringes, masks and sanitising solutions across Africa. Working from the Wawa office, you will ensure timely and accurate responses to enquiries received via phone, email, chat and social media, helping to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple channels.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate, complete information.
• Handle complaints, propose solutions and follow‑up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions and feedback.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Process complaint and feedback forms.
• Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–5 years of experience in a customer service or call‑centre environment.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard communication tools (phone, email, chat, social media platforms).
