Customer Service Officer / Cashier (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Officer / Cashier to join our luxury retail store in Ikeja, Lagos. The successful candidate will be the front‑line representative, handling transactions, supporting sales, and ensuring a memorable shopping experience for our discerning customers.

Key responsibilities

• Process cash, POS, and bank transfer payments accurately.
• Maintain daily sales and expense records and reconcile cash and transactions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection and drive sales through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and support basic accounting tasks.
• Keep the showroom and cashier area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Safeguard company assets and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in bookkeeping, cashiering, customer service or retail sales.
• Excellent communication, numerical and customer service abilities.
• Sales‑driven, detail‑oriented and highly trustworthy.
• Previous experience in luxury retail is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
