Customer Service Executive / Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a professional and empathetic Customer Service Executive to be the face of our support team. You will interact with customers through multiple channels, resolve issues, and help them get the most out of our renewable‑energy products.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email and in‑person visits.
• Provide clear and accurate information about products and services.
• Collaborate with sales, technical and other cross‑functional teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Handle complaints professionally and support field and technical teams during customer engagements.
• Educate customers on PAYGO usage and troubleshoot product problems.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in CRM tools and follow up on open concerns.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of post‑qualification experience in customer service within the renewable‑energy sector, preferably solar.
• Fluency in Hausa is mandatory.
• Proven ability to lead high‑performing customer service teams.
• Experience handling multiple communication channels.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Friendly, solutions‑focused attitude with the capacity to multitask under pressure.
