Customer Outreach & Booking Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a confident communicator to join AIRPORTRUN’s customer outreach team. Based in Abuja, you will engage prospective travelers across the United States, introduce our airport transportation services, and convert qualified leads into booked trips.

Key responsibilities

• Make 300–500 outbound call attempts daily and record at least 200 customer conversations.
• Introduce AIRPORTRUN services, promotions, and gather transportation needs.
• Build rapport, answer questions, and guide prospects toward booking one‑way or round‑trip rides.
• Follow up with interested leads, re‑engage inactive customers, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Submit daily activity reports and represent the brand professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Strong, clear voice and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Experience in radio presenting, voice‑over work, call‑center environments, or media broadcasting is a plus.
• Comfortable working full‑time (Monday‑Friday, 40 hours) on a schedule aligned with US Eastern Time.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to meet high daily outreach targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking leads and interactions.

What we offer

• Base salary of ₦250,000 per month.
• Performance bonuses: ₦2,000 per completed one‑way trip and ₦4,000 per completed round‑trip attributed to your outreach.
• Opportunity to increase earnings with no bonus cap.
• 90‑day renewable contract with potential for extension based on performance.
