Customer Care Representative

About the role

Skye Foodies is seeking a Customer Care Representative to manage customer interactions across WhatsApp, social media, phone, live chat and email. The role involves delivering exceptional service, handling orders and resolving issues to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage WhatsApp and social media interactions, providing timely and courteous responses.
• Answer incoming calls, live chats, and emails from customers.
• Troubleshoot product or service issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Process purchases, refunds, exchanges, and update customer accounts.
• Log all customer interactions accurately in the database.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team or supervisor.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge to guide customers correctly.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of HND.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle enquiries professionally.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented attitude and eagerness to contribute to business growth.
