About the role
The Inspection Officer will support property transactions by conducting site inspections, capturing visual records, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and clients. This role is based in Lagos and requires weekend availability.
Key responsibilities
- Scout and research properties to prepare for inspections.
- Take clear photos and videos during inspections for records, marketing, and internal use.
- Perform basic video edits, such as trimming clips and adding text for walkthrough videos.
- Handle site visits, communicate inspection schedules, and provide timely updates.
- Support the team to ensure property transactions proceed smoothly.
Required profile
- Male or female, aged 22‑32.
- Valid ID and a driver’s license; comfortable driving and navigating Lagos roads.
- Residence within the Lekki‑Ajah axis.
- Honest, presentable, detail‑oriented.
- Available to work weekends.
