Customer Advocate (Inbound Sales) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Advocate who will combine empathetic support with inbound sales for our e‑commerce partners. Working 100 % remotely, you will help shoppers find the right products while driving revenue for the brands you represent.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with shoppers via chat, email, and phone to provide product recommendations and bundle suggestions.
• Drive sales by leveraging deep knowledge of the brand’s identity and product line.
• Handle returns and tracking inquiries, identifying opportunities to retain the sale.
• Ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s tone, voice, and service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote customer support experience with a focus on sales or upselling.
• Reliable high‑speed internet (at least 25 Mbps download and upload).
• Computer equipped with an Intel i5 processor or higher.
• Strong empathy, patience, and persuasive communication abilities.
