Customer Address Verification Agent (Field)

About the role

Polaris Digitech Limited is looking for part‑time field agents to verify customer addresses for banks and fintech companies across several states in Nigeria. The role is contract‑based and involves travelling to assigned locations, confirming address details and reporting them through a mobile application.

Key responsibilities

• Visit residential and commercial sites in the assigned area to confirm the accuracy of customer address information.
• Capture and record address data using a smartphone and Google Maps.
• Submit verified address records to the company’s data platform within the required time‑frames.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and customer information.

Required profile

• Willingness to work in the field across the listed locations.
• Own a functional smartphone capable of running Google Maps.
• Ability to navigate using Google Maps and follow verification procedures.
• Relevant qualifications are a plus, but not mandatory.
• No prior work experience required.
