CRM Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a CRM Specialist to support and enhance our commercial operations through effective CRM administration. The role involves managing system configurations, workflows, and data integrity to improve team productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Understand the commercial operation, challenges, objectives, and daily work of each team and improve productivity through CRM administration.
• Provide system administration support, including user permissions, custom objects, and workflows.
• Create, manage, and optimise complex workflow rules, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Design and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
• Analyse data to deliver insights on operation effectiveness and team productivity.
• Collaborate with other teams to capture and define business requirements for CRM implementation.
• Coordinate and support integrations with third‑party applications, plugins, and tools.
• Identify and resolve data anomalies, maintaining high data integrity.
• Provide daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, and end‑user support.
• Document processes, policies, application configuration, and help‑related materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid analytical and technical background.
• At least 2 years of CRM administration experience (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Proven ability to configure CRM systems, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, and permissions.
• Familiarity with automating business processes, creating reports and dashboards, and performing data analysis.
• Experience working directly with commercial, financial, and data teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
