Creator Growth Associate - User Acquisition

About the role

Ratecard is a link-in-bio tool used by creators, freelancers, professionals and small businesses to share links, list services with prices, sell products, take bookings and more. As a Creator Growth Associate you find real people, start genuine conversations with them and help them get set up so they publish a page.

Key responsibilities

• Find and qualify potential users on Instagram, X and TikTok, including creators, freelancers, stylists, makeup artists, coaches, food vendors and consultants
• Send personal, non-spammy direct messages and follow up consistently
• Walk new users through signup and help them publish their first page
• Keep a simple tracker of contacts, sign-ups and pages that went live
• Report weekly on what works, what people object to and what they ask for

Required profile

• Comfortable starting conversations with strangers online and not discouraged by no replies
• Spends a lot of time on Instagram, X or TikTok and understands how creators and small businesses operate there
• Writes messages that sound like a real person, not a template
• Organised and consistent, since follow-ups drive most sign-ups
• Previous sales, outreach, community or customer success work is a plus but not required

What we offer

• Pay of N150,000 to N250,000 per month, plus a bonus for every page that goes live and every user who upgrades to a paid plan
• A clear weekly target for new users publishing pages, agreed within the first month
