Creative Social and Content Manager

About the role

KÍLÉNTÀR, a globally recognised luxury womenswear brand rooted in African design, is looking for a Creative Social & Content Manager to shape its digital storytelling and grow its social media presence worldwide. This role blends fashion insight, cultural awareness, and strong digital expertise to create compelling, visually striking content.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day management of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Develop and execute social media and content strategies that drive brand growth, engagement and visibility.
• Conceptualise and produce engaging storytelling formats, campaigns and founder‑led content.
• Collaborate with videographers, photographers, editors and creative teams to ensure high‑quality visual output.
• Identify trends, viral moments and cultural conversations that align with the brand’s luxury aesthetic.
• Maintain consistency of visual identity, tone and storytelling across all digital channels.
• Analyse performance data to refine content strategy and improve audience engagement.

Required profile

• Strong background in fashion, luxury, lifestyle or culturally driven brands.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts and modern social storytelling.
• Ability to balance aspirational luxury aesthetics with internet‑savvy, viral content.
• Experience working closely with founders, creative teams and external content producers.
