Creative Designer – Hybrid role in Lagos

About the role

The organization is a Pan‑African NGO focused on women’s empowerment. They are looking for a Creative Designer to work in a hybrid setting, combining remote work with time in their Lagos office. You will create compelling visual content that supports the mission of inclusive development across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce graphics for websites, mobile apps, social media, and print publications.
• Develop design solutions that align with the organisation’s brand identity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure design objectives are met.
• Maintain a consistent visual style across all communication channels.
• Manage multiple design projects, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks to deliver polished, error‑free assets.
• Stay current with design trends and emerging tools.
• Support the creation of design templates and style guides.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in design, visual arts or a related field (preferred).
• 3‑5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Interest in gender inclusion and social impact.
