Creative Content Creator & Social Media Lead with Admin Support

About the role

DASTOLL BUSINESS OPERATIONS LIMITED is seeking a dynamic Creative Content Creator & Social Media Lead who will drive brand visibility through short‑form video, graphics and community engagement, while also providing light front‑desk support.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit and publish engaging reels and TikTok videos showcasing operations and team culture.
• Design eye‑catching graphics and write persuasive captions using tools such as Canva.
• Maintain a content calendar, track trends and execute strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Interact with the online community by replying to comments, DMs and fostering conversations.
• Perform basic front‑desk duties: receive visitors, answer phone calls and log customer inquiries or bookings.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating video, reel and graphic creation.
• Excellent copywriting ability with a brand‑focused, witty tone.
• Energetic, confident and approachable with good communication skills.
• Organised and adaptable to a fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum high school diploma; background in marketing, communications or media is a plus.
