Creative Content Assistant (Video Editing & Content Research)

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative and proactive Creative Content Assistant to help grow a personal brand focused on AI, automation, and digital marketing. This role goes beyond simple video editing – you will research trends, generate fresh ideas, and produce short‑form videos that capture audience attention.

Key responsibilities

• Edit short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Research daily trending topics in AI, business, and marketing.
• Monitor competitors and top AI creators to spot viral content ideas.
• Propose new content concepts each week and adapt them to the brand.
• Maintain and organize the content calendar.
• Create captions and simple thumbnails as needed.
• Ensure video edits are clean, engaging, and optimized for viewer retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience editing short‑form videos.
• Strong understanding of storytelling and current social‑media trends.
• Passion for AI and technology or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar video‑editing software)
