About the role

The company is seeking a full‑time Crane Operator to join its on‑site team in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. The successful candidate will operate crane equipment safely and efficiently, supporting daily material handling and construction activities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate various types of cranes in accordance with safety standards and site protocols.
• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper rigging and placement.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Collaborate with site personnel to coordinate lifts and meet project timelines.
• Maintain accurate logs of crane usage, inspections, and any incidents.

Required profile

• Valid crane operator certification or licence.
• Physical fitness and stamina for outdoor construction environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, safe decisions.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Prior experience operating cranes is advantageous but not mandatory.
