Country Public Relations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead public relations activities at the country level, focusing on high‑level government engagement and the promotion of our ToG projects. The role involves interpreting national policies, uncovering business opportunities, and building a robust government‑business ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Map and manage decision‑making chains of national governments and political parties, delivering public‑relations initiatives at ministerial level and above.
• Interpret country policies, identify government business clues, and leverage resources for business development.
• Support the AR Project Director in planning and executing ToG projects, ensuring successful implementation and delivery.
• Develop the country’s business and investment environment, fostering a sound government‑business ecosystem for ToG growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Public Administration, Political Science, Agricultural Economics, Engineering Management or related fields.
• Solid experience in government affairs and public relations within the host country; prior government sales experience is a plus.
• Established network of resources at ministerial level or above in the host country.
• Experience in companies with extensive government project portfolios is advantageous.
