Country Operations Technical Project Advisor I

About the role

The Country Operations Technical Project Advisor I will support the design, implementation and adaptation of the Delivering Innovation in Self‑Care (DISC) project across multiple countries. Reporting to the DISC Country Operations Technical Advisor II, the role blends technical guidance with partnership building to advance self‑care contraceptive methods.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and translate implementation guidance, training materials and coaching resources for internal and external partners.
• Contextualize quality of care (QoC), quality assurance (QA) and demand generation approaches for each country.
• Monitor performance data against budget allocations and use data insights to guide project adaptation.
• Document processes, lessons learned and best practices for scaling DISC interventions.
• Cultivate and maintain partnerships with ministries of health, provider networks and other key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in project management, health program implementation or technical advisory roles.
• Senior‑level expertise with a proven track record in scaling health interventions across multiple countries.
• Legally authorized to live and work in the listed locations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
