Country Manager – Nigeria

About the role

Yiino Corporation is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead its ride‑hailing and mobility business in Nigeria. You will be the strategic bridge between Yiino’s headquarters and local stakeholders, driving growth, operational excellence, and brand presence across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial and strategic planning for the Nigerian market and ensure successful implementation.
• Define, implement and optimise local business and operational strategies together with the operations team.
• Recruit, develop and manage a high‑performing team across Nigeria.
• Advocate Yiino’s brand and services with regulators, government officials and local communities.
• Expand Yiino’s services nationwide and establish strategic partnerships with fleet owners and relevant businesses.
• Identify local trends, risks and improvement opportunities that could impact the business.
• Collaborate with HQ functions (Product, Legal, Marketing, Analytics) to launch growth initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between local operations and HQ to meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in operations management or general management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills in English.
• Resilient, results‑driven attitude with the ability to overcome obstacles.
• Highly analytical with a data‑driven mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or a related analytical field.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
