Corporate Sales and Business Development Executive

About the role

Sliq is seeking a highly driven Corporate Sales and Business Development Executive to expand its client base in Lagos. The role involves prospecting, engaging decision‑makers, presenting digital business solutions and closing deals in a target‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and approach businesses across target sectors such as corporate organisations, schools, hotels, hospitals, restaurants and real estate firms.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers including owners, HR leads, marketing teams, admin and operations managers, and procurement contacts.
• Present and promote Sliq products including NFC business cards, Sliq Wallet, Sliq Online and Sliq Portal.
• Book and attend meetings, demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Follow up leads consistently via visits, calls, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Negotiate and close deals with new customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet agreed sales, activity and revenue targets and keep accurate records of prospects, meetings, proposals and closed deals.
• Provide weekly updates on pipeline progress, client feedback, challenges and market opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate, B2B, field or direct sales or business development.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a target‑driven environment.
