Corporate Lawyer – Full‑Time Legal Advisor

About the role
The Corporate Lawyer will act as the chief legal adviser for Balogun Ent., a real‑estate focused company located in Marina, Abuja. Reporting directly to senior management, the role involves ensuring that all business activities adhere to Nigerian law and supporting the company’s growth through sound legal guidance. This full‑time, entry‑level position requires up to two years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the principal legal adviser to Management.
- Ensure the Group’s operations comply with applicable laws.
- Manage legal risks, contracts, litigation, employment matters, regulatory compliance, debt recovery, and corporate governance.
- Provide guidance on debt recovery strategies.
Required profile
- Excellent analytical ability.
- Sound judgment and strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to provide practical legal solutions that support business growth.
