About the role
We are looking for a motivated Cook to join our kitchen team in Abuja. This full‑time role involves preparing meals according to established recipes, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and supporting the Head Chef during busy service periods.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare dishes following standard recipes and instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene practices.
- Assist the Head Chef with daily operations and special tasks.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
Required profile
- Minimum of 12 months cooking experience.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Graduate with a culinary school background or equivalent training.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to stand for long periods.
