Content Creator & Social Media Manager (Online & Offline)

About the role

Foodhutz is seeking a senior‑level creative powerhouse to own both online and offline content creation and social media strategy. You will shape brand storytelling, drive paid‑media campaigns, and generate viral moments that position Foodhutz as the most talked‑about food‑tech brand in the UK and Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Create short‑form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and similar platforms.
• Produce offline assets such as behind‑the‑scenes footage, street interviews, restaurant showcases and event coverage.
• Maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar aligned with growth, awareness and conversion goals.
• Manage Foodhutz’s presence on Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Threads, optimizing posting times and formats.
• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok Ads and Google Ads, conducting A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion and ROAS.
• Identify, negotiate and oversee collaborations with micro and macro influencers across the UK and Nigeria, tracking performance and ROI.
• Engage daily with the community, spark conversations and respond to user feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in content creation and social media management.
• Senior‑level expertise with a proven track record of delivering growth‑focused campaigns.
• Ability to work on‑site for location‑based shoots in restaurants, grocery stores and other venues.
• Strong analytical mindset to interpret platform metrics and optimise performance.
