Community Manager (WhatsApp & Telegram)

About the role

LearnTechNow is seeking a proactive Community Manager to lead its WhatsApp and Telegram groups. You will revive dormant conversations, foster active engagement, and guide learners toward the right courses, turning community interaction into measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Own and moderate the company’s WhatsApp and Telegram communities, ensuring daily activity and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Re‑activate inactive groups by planning weekly discussions, challenges, webinars, AMAs, and networking events.
• Onboard new members, build one‑on‑one relationships, and provide personalized guidance to prospective learners.
• Identify learner needs, answer questions, handle objections, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Track community health metrics and continuously improve retention and conversion rates.
• Support the Lead Social Media Manager with community‑related campaigns and occasional content distribution.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on growth initiatives and assist with social media engagement when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing online communities on platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord or Facebook Groups.
• Background in sales, customer success, business development or relationship management.
• Excellent written communication, strong persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Self‑starter with an ownership mindset and strong organizational skills.
