Community Manager

About the role

The Community Manager will lead and nurture online learning communities for the Sponsor A Data Future Foundation. This role ensures learners feel connected, supported, and engaged throughout their educational journey, fostering collaboration and a culture of lifelong learning.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and moderate learner communities across approved digital platforms.
• Welcome new members, stimulate discussions, and encourage peer‑to‑peer engagement.
• Support learners throughout their courses, celebrate milestones, and promote participation in foundation activities.
• Coordinate virtual events, networking sessions, Q&A forums, and onboarding activities.
• Publish announcements, share resources, and maintain consistent communication with community members.
• Monitor engagement metrics, identify inactive learners, and prepare monthly reports with improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum OND, HND, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Passion for youth development, education, and digital transformation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience participating in online communities is an advantage.
• Students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
