Executive Assistant Volunteer

About the role

TopEdu LLC is building an education-to-economic-outcome ecosystem that connects learning with real economic opportunities, working with educational institutions and industry partners. It is looking for an Executive Assistant Volunteer, a full-time hybrid position based in Enugu with some work-from-home flexibility. The role supports senior leadership with day-to-day administrative and organizational duties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel or logistics as needed
• Help prepare and track expense reports, and organize documents and files
• Maintain accurate records for executive projects
• Draft and review correspondence and support internal and external communications
• Ensure executive meetings and initiatives are well coordinated

Required profile

• Strong executive administrative assistance skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination and document organization
• Experience with expense reports and basic financial tracking or budgeting support
• Ability to handle confidential information, prioritize tasks and anticipate executive needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Prior administrative or assistant experience, and familiarity with education or nonprofit settings, are an advantage

Required skills

• Office productivity tools such as email, spreadsheets and presentation software (beneficial)
• Time management and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
