Client Service Manager

About the role

The Client Service Manager will act as the primary liaison between the agency and its corporate clients, ensuring that each campaign meets strategic objectives and quality standards. This role requires a blend of relationship building, project coordination, and strategic insight to drive client satisfaction and agency growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Manage client briefs from conception through execution and post‑campaign evaluation.
• Coordinate internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Digital, Media, Production, Finance, Procurement) to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.
• Develop proposals, presentations, campaign plans, and budgets.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to agency growth.
• Monitor project timelines, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Provide strategic counsel and recommend innovative marketing solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in client service, account management or brand management within an advertising or integrated marketing communications agency.
• Proven experience managing high‑profile corporate accounts in banking, FMCG, telecommunications, insurance or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project‑management tools is an advantage.
• Professional certifications or membership of industry bodies (e.g., ARCON, NIMN, CIM) are a plus.
