Client Advisor – Luxury Fashion Brand (Ikoyi, Lagos)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Client Advisor to join a leading Nigerian luxury fashion brand. Based in Ikoyi, Lagos, you will be the first point of contact for high‑net‑worth customers, both in‑store and online, ensuring an exceptional experience from order placement to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers across physical and digital channels, handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Assist clients with order entry, payment processing, and confirmation, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to track orders and resolve any delivery issues.
• Support visual merchandising by maintaining attractive product displays and accurate stock levels.
• Receive and inspect incoming fabrics, manage shipments, and ensure packaging meets brand standards.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, generate regular reports on inventory and order status.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail within a fashion or luxury environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Excellent organizational ability, attention to detail, and capacity to multitask under pressure.
