Cleaner – Hospitality & Hotel (Full‑time)

About the role

Wells Interactive Services is seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness across guest areas, public spaces, offices and other designated facilities in Marina, Abuja. This full‑time position involves routine cleaning tasks, waste management and ensuring hygiene compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned areas including guest zones, public spaces, offices and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum and sanitize surfaces as required.
• Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Report faulty equipment, maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Dispose of waste properly and manage waste‑handling practices.
• Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies when needed.
• Follow all health, safety and sanitation procedures.
• Perform additional cleaning‑related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• Hardworking, trustworthy, punctual and reliable.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Residence in Kubwa, Abuja or within reasonable commuting distance.

What we offer

• Salary: NGN 70,000 – 150,000 per month.
