Civil / Structural Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer to lead structural analysis and design for a variety of real‑estate projects across multiple states in Nigeria. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cost‑effective, sustainable solutions while ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for real‑estate projects and prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders to develop cost‑effective, sustainable structural solutions.
• Conduct site inspections to assess structural integrity, identify risks, and ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
• Provide technical expertise throughout design, construction, and commissioning phases, and participate in design reviews, value engineering, and risk assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in structural design and analysis, preferably in real‑estate or construction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ETABS, SAP2000, and SAFE.
• Experience using AutoCAD and Revit.
