Chief Operating Officer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to act as the execution engine of our business, turning strategic vision into operational reality across real‑estate, infrastructure, recreation and cement supply chain verticals. The role is based in Abuja with responsibilities that span multiple Nigerian states.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of projects across all business units, ensuring timely delivery of construction and development initiatives.
• Design, implement and optimise scalable operational systems, logistics, supply chains and project workflows.
• Track project timelines, budgets and deliverables; establish KPIs and reporting frameworks.
• Identify and develop expansion opportunities across states and scale recreation park and real‑estate operations.
• Build and manage relationships with contractors, consultants and strategic partners; negotiate contracts.
• Oversee premium customer and brand experiences, both online and offline.
• Standardise operational processes, ensure regulatory compliance and maintain governance standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in real‑estate development, construction/infrastructure, operations or project management.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale projects and scaling operations across multiple locations.
• Strong leadership, strategic execution and financial management capabilities.
• Experience managing logistics and supply‑chain operations.
• Familiarity with Airbnb or property‑management systems is an advantage.
