Chief of Staff – Strategic Partner to CEO/COO

About the role

The Chief of Staff will act as the primary strategic partner to the CEO and COO, translating the leadership team’s vision into concrete results. You will bridge the executive office with key departments, drive governance, and lead high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of OKRs and KPIs, ensuring alignment with the 2026 corporate strategy.
• Coordinate executive meetings, prepare agendas, capture action items, and follow up on decisions.
• Serve as a surrogate for the Principal in meetings where their influence is required.
• Partner with HR and Finance to streamline payroll automation, performance cycles, and policy enforcement.
• Identify and resolve cross‑departmental workflow bottlenecks.
• Manage the executive office budget and allocate resources for special initiatives.
• Lead high‑stakes projects without a natural home, such as international expansion or new product launches.
• Conduct market research, due diligence, and draft executive communications, board decks, and internal memos.
• Maintain relationships with investors, regulators, and institutional partners, providing candid feedback to the CEO.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science or related field; MBA or Master’s in I‑O Psychology is a plus.
• 6‑10 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a leadership role within a fintech/tech startup.
• Strong analytical mindset, high emotional intelligence, and absolute discretion.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
