About the role
Emcare Pharmacy and Store is looking for a Supervisor to manage daily operations, coordinate staff activities, and ensure accurate record‑keeping at its Ibadan location.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, allocate duties and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Supervise staff, monitor performance, provide guidance and enforce policies.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping, operational records and documentation.
- Review reconciliation reports, verify records and correct discrepancies.
- Monitor operational performance, prepare reports and communicate updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with procedures, safety standards and internal controls.
- Identify operational challenges, resolve issues and suggest process improvements.
Required profile
- Minimum HND qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role.
