About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategy and drive sustainable profitability across our multi‑branch operation.
Key responsibilities
- Driving financial strategy, overseeing accounting and financial reporting
- Leading budgeting and forecasting
- Managing treasury and liquidity
- Ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance
- Providing actionable financial insights to support management decision‑making
Required profile
- Proven ability to safeguard organizational resources, improve cost efficiency, enhance financial reporting, manage financial risks, and drive sustainable profitability
- 7 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including at least 5 years in senior financial leadership
- Strong background in financial services, banking, micro‑finance, fintech, lending, or related sectors
